Your Dashboard — See Everything at a Glance
Stop asking around for numbers. Revenue, attendance, student counts, and outstanding payments — all live, all in one screen.
The Problem: You're Always Asking, Never Knowing
Imagine it's Thursday evening. You want to know how the week went. So you text the accountant: "How much did we collect this week?" You call the receptionist: "How many new students enrolled?" You message the teacher: "How was attendance today?"
Three different people. Three different answers — maybe tomorrow, maybe with caveats. And by the time you piece it together, the information is already outdated.
This is the reality for most center owners. There's no single screen, no single source of truth. Just scattered information that requires effort to collect every single time you need it.
Your dashboard changes that entirely.
Your Numbers, Live and Clear
The moment you log in, your dashboard shows you the metrics that matter most — no clicking, no digging, no waiting:
- Total Students — How many active students you have right now, across all branches
- New Students — How many enrolled in the last 30 days (your growth pulse)
- Attendance Rate — The 7-day rolling average across all groups
- Revenue Collected — Total payments received this period
- Outstanding Balance — How much is unpaid or overdue
- Active Groups — How many classes are currently running
These aren't static numbers that someone updated last Tuesday. They're live — calculated from your actual data, right now. When a student pays an invoice downstairs, your revenue number updates before they even leave the building.
Charts That Tell a Story
Numbers alone don't show trends. That's why your dashboard includes visual charts that reveal what's really happening over time.
The Revenue Chart shows your monthly collections — you can instantly see if this month is tracking better or worse than last month. Spot seasonal dips, notice the effect of that new marketing push, or catch a billing problem early.
The Attendance Chart tracks your 7-day attendance trend. If you see a sudden drop, you know something's off — maybe a teacher was absent, maybe exam season is affecting turnout, maybe a group needs attention.
These charts update automatically. You don't need to create pivot tables or ask someone to "make a graph." The story of your center is always being written, and your dashboard always shows the latest chapter.
See What Happened Today
Below your KPIs, you'll find the Activity Feed — a real-time log of everything that happened at your center today. New enrollments, payments received, attendance check-ins, grades entered — it's all there, in chronological order.
Think of it as your center's heartbeat. A quick scroll tells you: "Three students enrolled this morning. Teacher Ahmed ran his session and 22 out of 25 students attended. Two payments came in totaling 3,400 EGP."
Next to the activity feed, you'll see Upcoming Classes — your next scheduled sessions with teacher names, times, and room assignments. No need to check a separate calendar or ask the receptionist what's happening this afternoon.
You'll also spot Recently Enrolled Students — the newest faces at your center, with their status and branch. It's a small thing, but it keeps you connected to the growth of your business.
Focus on One Branch or See Everything
If you run multiple branches, you know the pain of mentally separating "How is Heliopolis doing?" from "How is Maadi doing?" Your dashboard has a branch filter right at the top.
Switch to a specific branch, and everything on the page — KPIs, charts, activity feed, upcoming classes — instantly scopes to that location. Switch back to "All Branches" to see the big picture.
This means you can run your weekly branch review meetings with real data: pull up Heliopolis, discuss its numbers, then switch to Maadi. No separate spreadsheets per location. No "I'll check and get back to you."
The Weekly PDF Digest
Not everyone wants to log in to see numbers. Maybe you're the owner and you want a summary in your inbox. Maybe you need to share performance with a business partner who doesn't have a Centerly account.
The Weekly Digest is a downloadable PDF report that summarizes your center's operations for the week:
- Key metrics and how they changed from last week
- Enrollment trends
- Revenue collected vs. outstanding
- Highlights and action items
It's branded with your center's name and formatted cleanly — ready for your Sunday review meeting or to share with your accountant. One click to download, one page to understand your entire week.
